Krystal Marie Ball
Krystal Marie (born November 24 1982) is an American political commentator from the United States. She was a former candidate for Senate in the United States, as well as a television presenter on MSNBC. She was also frequently a contributor to The Huffington Post and co-host of The Hill's Rising alongside Saagar Enti. Enjeti and Ball declared that they would be leaving the show, at the end of May in 2021. They wanted to create their own independent project called Breaking Points. Ball co-hosts the podcast Krystal Kyle & Friends with Kyle Kulinski. Her guest appearances on the show include Fox News, CNN and Fox News. As of the year 2020, Ball is married to Jonathan Dariyanani. Ball is able to attribute her fascination with politics due to her experience as a mother during the 2008 primary elections. Additionally, she also was a witness to the US elections for president during her time working in Jordan. She saw the effects it had on citizens of her home country and was inspired to appreciate the global impact of US politics. She was part of the Senior Fellowship member of the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party nominee for Congress in Virginia's 1st district for the 2010 election. She lost to Republican incumbent Rob Wittman. From June 2012 to July 2015, she hosted the MSNBC show The Cycle. She established the People's House Project (a political action committee dedicated to Democratic causes) in May 2017.
